Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably Technical Recruiter.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing methods including social media recruiting.
• Understanding of IT job requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience building talent pipelines and ongoing sourcing.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
• Interview candidates using structured interviews and technical assessments.
• Craft personalized recruiting emails for passive candidates.
• Follow-up with jobseekers to ensure interview attendance.
• Document job duties and requirements through job/task analyses.
• Stay updated on tech trends and products to better recruit in IT.

Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

Follow-up with the Jobseekers and ensure they attend the interviews on-time

Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Requirements

Minimum2 yearsof experience as a Recruiter (Preferred Technical Recruiter)

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates

Solid understanding of recruitment process & practices

Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally

Any Technical Degree or*MBA Preferred
