We seek a highly organized Recruiter to lead large-scale hiring across technical and non-technical roles. You will own end-to-end recruitment, source through diverse channels, screen candidates, and collaborate closely with founders to refine our talent strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–9 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience hiring both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and screening.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for executing large-scale recruitment initiatives, managing high-volume candidate pipelines, and ensuring the timely placement of qualified candidates in various roles across the organization. This role is critical in supporting our rapid growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for various roles.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and campus recruitment, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with the team, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founder and the team to understand the hiring needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
• Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting Zamp’s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

• 3-9 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hiring both technical and non-technical roles within a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
• Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and tools to identify and engage candidates.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
• A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
