Zamp is seeking a strategic operator to join the Founder's Office in Bengaluru on-site. You will partner with the founder to shape strategy, drive initiatives across functions, and lead execution that fuels growth for a globally expanding startup.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience shaping high-growth ventures, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate across fundraising, partnerships, and market expansion. This is an on-site role with equity and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in strategy and operations at a high-growth startup or corporate setting.
• Ability to work closely with founders and translate vision into execution.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
