Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru is seeking an Record to Report Ops Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in finance consolidation and close operations. You will work in Finance Operations aligning with our team to collect data, perform analysis, and support month-end activities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). You will contribute to accurate financial reporting under US GAAP, IFRS and statutory requirements.

• Prepare premium, claims, and reinsurance accounting support schedules.
• Support financial reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, and Statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Implementation of gen.
• ledger processes including yearend closing, journalizing.
• Creating and maintaining ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries, design to deliver a financial management solution including a flexible accounting structure, comprehensive journal processing, hierarchical summaries, intuitive inquiry and reporting as well as dynamic allocations and the management of commitments and expenditures also run Interface reports and perform close books of accounts.

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill - Financial Consolidation & Close Operations - P1
• Minimum 2-3 of relevant P&C Industry experience
• Ability to work with large volumes of data with accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field
• Familiarity with ERP systems ( SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
