Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Record to Report (R2R) Operations Manager to join the Finance Operations team in Gurgaon. You will lead end-to-end R2R processes, ensure accurate close, consolidation and reporting, and drive process improvements.

Requirements include a BCom/MCom/MBA and 13–18 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation, close operations, and SOX controls, with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• BCom/MCom/MBA degree required.
• 13–18 years of relevant experience in R2R and financial close processes.

What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision‑making. It is essential for financial transparency and accountability.
