Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled Record to Report Ops Analyst in India to support statutory reporting and close activities within Finance Operations. Responsible for collecting data, posting journal entries, reconciling accounts and assisting in audits while ensuring US GAAP and IFRS compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience and professional accounting qualifications. Rotational shifts may apply, with opportunities to grow in a global services environment.

Qualifications

• BCom/CA/Cost and Works Accountant qualification required.
• Experience in posting journal entries, month-end close and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS modes of reporting.

Responsibilities

• Aligned with Finance Operations to determine financial outcomes from operational data.
• Perform journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and cash forecasting.
• Support month-end close activities and audit processes.
• Prepare reports and analytics for board presentations.
• Assist with Intercompany and other adjustments and close procedures.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Posting journal entries preparing balance sheet reconciliations reviewing entries and reconciliations preparing cash forecasting statement supporting month end closing preparing reports and supports in audits
• Strong Knowledge of USGAAP and IFRS
• Execute monthly, quarterly and annual GAAP and Stat close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, deferral, Intercompany and other
• Strong Knowledge of USGAAP, IFRS and Lloyd Reporting
• Execute monthly, quarterly and annual GAAP and Stat close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, deferral, Intercompany and other adjustments
• Assess the balances of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss accounts and Cash Flows.
• Prepare the deck of analytics for Balance Sheet and state Income to be present to BODs

• Assess the balances of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss accounts and Cash Flows.
• Prepare the deck of analytics for Balance Sheet and state Income to be present to BODs.
• Perform variance analysis Prior quarter Vs Current quarter.
• Analysis of quarterly and annual movements.
