Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Reception/Administration and Secretarial Support/Dispenser on a part-time basis at Benbecula Medical Practice/Daliburgh Branch Surgery. The role covers reception duties, admin/secretarial tasks and dispensing support, 30 hours weekly, with a fixed term until August 2027.

The successful candidate will communicate effectively, work well in a busy team, handle multiple tasks with discretion, and have IT skills for Practice IT systems. UK right to work is required.

Reception/Administration and Secretarial Support/Dispenser

Band 2 £26,696 - £28,988 pro rata/per annum

Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,461 pro rata/per annum

30 hours per week

Fixed term until August 2027

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to work in a multi skilled environment, supporting the patients and the clinical teams working at Benbecula Medical Practice/Daliburgh Branch Surgery

This role will provide bank cover within our new 2c Benbecula Medical Practice. This role presents a great opportunity to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective reception service, administrative/secretarial support and dispensing service within Benbecula Medical Practice.
