Nokia in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Test Development professional to design automated manufacturing test solutions and provide critical support to our manufacturing partners. You will contribute to Nokia's optical data transmission initiatives, collaborating with global experts and driving test methodologies and fixture technologies.

You will lead DFT reviews, ICT planning, and training, while coordinating with 3rd party suppliers and R&D hardware teams to ensure high test coverage

Qualificações

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of test experience in development of test solutions on ICT equipment.
Strong understanding of ICT fixture technologies.
Owns and accounts for project delivery with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in an international team and meet deadlines remotely.
Autonomously manage and track projects.
Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Responsabilidades

Conduct DFT reviews using the Testway tool for testability at the PBA level.
Develop Production Test Plan input for ICT to ensure high coverage.
Provide updates and training on DFT docs to R&D Hardware personnel.
Manage ICT ordering with 3rd party ICT suppliers and create SOW.
Apply knowledge of test methodologies and testing techniques.
Leverage Aster Testway or similar automated test access analysers.
Support Supply Chain processes and hardware design considerations.
Work in an international team environment with minimal supervision.

Job Description

Join our international test development team at Nokia, embedded within a global Optical Research and Development organization. In this dynamic role, you will develop automated manufacturing test solutions and provide critical technical support to our manufacturing partners, directly contributing to Nokia's mission of advancing optical data transmission. You'll have the unique opportunity to influence the future of technology, tackling major challenges while collaborating with experts across the globe.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Conduct Design for Test (DFT) reviews using the Testway tool to ensure testability at the PBA level is conforming.
Develop Production Test Plan input for In-Circuit Test (ICT) to ensure high coverage is implemented into the ICT application.
Provide updates and training on DFT documents and requirement to R&D Hardware personnel.
Manage the ICT ordering with 3rd party ICT suppliers (PjM, share technical requirements, create SOW).
Knowledge of test methodology and testing techniques.
Experience using the Aster Testway software or other similar automated test access analysers.
Good understanding of Supply Chain processes.
Hardware design background.
Boundary Scan background.

Key Skills And Experience

A BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
5+ years of professional test experience in development of test solutions on Keysight 3070 Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or other ICT equipment.
Strong understanding of ICT fixture technologies.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to perform in an international team environment and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and providing support to resolve global manufacturing issues remotely.
Autonomously manage and track your projects.
Fluent English in writing and speaking.
