Nokia is seeking an experienced test engineer to join an international team developing automated manufacturing test solutions. The role focuses on DFT reviews, ICT test planning, and providing critical technical support to global manufacturing partners.

You will improve test coverage, manage ICT suppliers, and train teams on DFT requirements, while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional test experience in development of test solutions on ICT/ATE equipment.
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ICT fixture technologies.
• Ownership and accountability in project work.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Conduct DFT reviews using the Testway tool for PBA-level testability.
• Develop ICT input for ICT tests to ensure high coverage.
• Provide updates and training on DFT documents to R&D Hardware teams.
• Manage ICT ordering with 3rd party suppliers and create SOWs.
• Apply knowledge of test methodologies and testing techniques.
• Work in an international team environment to resolve manufacturing issues remotely.

Join our international test development team at Nokia, embedded within a global Optical Research and Development organization. In this dynamic role, you will develop automated manufacturing test solutions and provide critical technical support to our manufacturing partners, directly contributing to Nokias mission of advancing optical data transmission. Responsibilities

• Conduct Design for Test (DFT) reviews using the Testway tool to ensure testability at the PBA level is conforming.
• Develop Production Test Plan input for In-Circuit Test (ICT) to ensure high coverage is implemented into the ICT application.
• Provide updates and training on DFT documents and requirement to R&D Hardware personnel.
• Manage the ICT ordering with 3rd party ICT suppliers (PjM, share technical requirements, create SOW).
• Knowledge of test methodology and testing techniques.
• Experience using the Aster Testway software or other similar automated test access analysers.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain processes.
• Hardware design background.
• Boundary Scan background.

Qualifications

• A BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of professional test experience in development of test solutions on Keysight 3070 Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or other ICT equipment.
• Strong understanding of ICT fixture technologies.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to perform in an international team environment and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and providing support to resolve global manufacturing issues remotely.
• Autonomously manage and track your projects.
• Fluency in English in writing and speaking.
