Job summary

Qualifacts is seeking a Billing Specialist for our Vadodara office to manage charge entry and billing operations. This onsite role requires coordinating with coding and clinical staff to ensure accurate charges and timely reimbursements.

You will review documents, resolve discrepancies, and support process improvements while mentoring junior staff and generating performance reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and coding systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements for charge entry.
• Mentor and train Level 1 associates on advanced billing procedures.
• Generate reports and analyze data to monitor charge entry performance.

This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office.

Shift Timings: 8.30 AM IST to 5:30 PM IST
