Job summary

Qualifacts in India is seeking an onsite Medical Billing Associate at our Vadodara office to review and verify charge documents, enter charges, and resolve billing discrepancies. The role requires strong attention to detail and experience in revenue cycle management.

You will collaborate with coding and clinical staff to ensure accurate charge capture, mentor Level 1 associates, and generate reports to monitor performance and drive improvements in the billing process.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and coding systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office. Shift Timings: 8.30 AM IST to 5:30 PM IST. Remote applicants will not be considered.
