PeopleStrong in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Project & Maintenance Coordinator to oversee construction equipment assets for roads, bridges and metro projects. You will allocate resources, monitor performance on daily to monthly cycles, and prepare budgets and DMR analyses for optimum utilization of assets.

The role requires 4–13 years of experience in construction equipment maintenance and SSC, with hands-on oversight of cranes, TBMs, dumpers, and related machinery.

Qualifications

• SSC (Secondary School Certificate) is required.
• 4–13 years of relevant experience in construction equipment maintenance.
• Ability to allocate and monitor assets for P&M and prepare periodic reports.

Responsabilités

• Project-wise allocation & monitoring of all P&M assets.
• Generate and review daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Program preparation for optimum utilization of resources.
• Monitoring P&M and HSD consumption & tracking.
• Identify breakdowns & assess risk; coordinate maintenance.
• Budget preparation for P&M; cost monitoring.
• Servicing/regular maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare DMR and perform analysis.
