Job summary

Neev seeks an experienced Project Lead (CAD RC) to oversee multiple RC detailing projects and coordinate with clients and internal teams in India. You will guide junior engineers, review BBS and drawings, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables using AutoCAD, CADS RC, and Revit.

The role requires 6+ years in RC detailing, strong leadership, and hands-on modeling in Revit/AutoCAD. Familiarity with Zoho Projects for planning and monitoring is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in RC detailing using AutoCAD and CADS RC (or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of Revit Structural with hands-on modeling and detailing experience.
• Proficient in project planning and monitoring through Zoho Projects (or similar PM tools).
• Excellent understanding of UK/US/ME RC detailing standards (as applicable).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and deliverables to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by the detailing team in CAD and Revit environments.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and progress tracking across multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with design and coordination teams to address project challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help streamline project workflows.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in RC detailing using AutoCAD and CADS RC (or equivalent software).
• Strong working knowledge of Revit Structural with hands‑on modeling and detailing experience.
• Proficient in project planning and monitoring through Zoho Projects (or similar PM tools).
• Excellent understanding of UK/US/ME RC detailing standards (as applicable).
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
• Effective communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Knowledge of Tekla
• Experience in handling large‑scale or multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
