Job summary

NeevIQ Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Lead (CAD RC) in Pune to oversee RC detailing projects, guide a skilled team, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. The role involves coordinating with PMs and clients, mentoring juniors, and maintaining standards across UK/US/ME RC detailing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in RC detailing with AutoCAD, CADS RC, Revit, and Zoho Projects, and a proven track record in leading multi-project efforts in CAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in RC detailing using AutoCAD and CADS RC (or equivalent software).
• Strong working knowledge of Revit Structural with hands-on modeling and detailing experience.
• Proficient in project planning and monitoring through Zoho Projects (or similar PM tools).
• Excellent understanding of UK/US/ME RC detailing standards (as applicable).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
• Effective communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee RC detailing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.
• Create, assign, and monitor project tasks using Zoho Projects or similar project management tools.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and clients to align on project objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members and freshers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Review drawings, BBS, and deliverables to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by the detailing team in CAD and Revit environments.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and progress tracking across multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with design and coordination teams to address project challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help streamline project workflows.
