Job summary

NeevIQ is seeking an experienced Project Lead (CAD RC) with 6+ years in reinforced concrete detailing and project coordination to oversee multiple detailing projects and guide team members. The role emphasizes planning with Zoho Projects, reviewing drawings and BBS, and delivering high-quality results on schedule.

You will mentor juniors, coordinate with Project Managers and clients, and resolve technical issues in CAD and Revit while ensuring efficient resource allocation across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• 6+ years of experience in RC detailing and project coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and CADS RC, with hands-on Revit Structural modeling and detailing experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK/US/ME RC detailing standards (as applicable).
• Proficient in project planning and monitoring through Zoho Projects or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RC detailing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.
• Create, assign, and monitor project tasks using Zoho Projects or similar tools.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and clients to align on objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members and freshers.
• Review drawings and BBS to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CAD and Revit environments.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and progress tracking across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with design and coordination teams to address challenges and implement solutions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and streamline project workflows.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil or StructuralEngineering.
• 4 to 7 y e ars of experience in RC detailing usingAutoCAD and CADS RC (or equivalent software).
• Strong working knowledge of Revit Structuralwith hands-on modeling and detailing experience.
• Proficient in project planning and monitoringthrough Zoho Projects (or similar PM tools).
• Excellent understanding of UK/US/ME RC detailingstandards (as applicable).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skillswith the ability to guide and motivate teams.
• Effective communication, coordination, andreporting abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Knowledge of Tekla
• Experience in handling large-scale ormulti-disciplinary projects.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaborationtools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines whilemaintaining high quality.
