Job summary

Campus Activewear is seeking a dedicated Raw Material Planner to manage material availability for production. You will plan RM based on production demand, run SAP MRP, and monitor stock levels.

You will track shortages, liaise with category planning, procurement and RM warehouse, prepare regular planning reports, and drive timely closures of material issues.

• Experience with SAP MRP and material planning processes.

• Prepare and execute RM planning based on production and demand requirements.
• Run and analyse SAP MRP and identify material requirements and shortages.
• Monitor RM stock, PR, PO and incoming supplies against requirements.
• Track critical material shortages and coordinate with Purchase/Vendors for timely closure.
• Monitor excess, slow-moving and non-moving RM inventory.
• Coordinate with Category Planning, Purchase, Production and RM Warehouse for material availability.
• Prepare daily/weekly RM planning reports and highlight key risks.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of material availability issues.
