Job summary

Avendumtech is looking for an experienced professional in Gurgaon, India, to define compliance auditing rules for multi-vendor RAN settings. The role focuses on analyzing network configuration discrepancies and collaborating with AI engineers on developing classification models.

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in RAN optimization or RF planning, alongside strong knowledge of 3GPP standards and KPI structures. Familiarity with Python or SQL for data analysis is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in RAN optimization or RF planning in multi-vendor environments.
• Deep knowledge of 3GPP standards, LTE/5G network parameters, and KPI structures.
• Familiarity with NMS/EMS settings and configuration management databases.
• Basic Python or SQL skills for data analysis is highly preferred.
