Indovisionglobal is looking for an experienced RAN Change Management Engineer to join our telecom team in Chennai. With a focus on multi-vendor RAN network configuration and change management, you will execute and manage configuration changes across 2G, 4G, and 5G networks.

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience and strong skills in RAN Change Management and OSS tools. You will be responsible for KPI analysis, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RAN Change Management.
• Hands-on experience with OSS, ENM, and MOSHELL tools.
• Good understanding of GSM, LTE, and NR technologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage RAN configuration changes across 2G/4G/5G networks.
• Prepare, validate, and execute scripts for network changes.
• Perform KPI impact analysis pre/post implementation.
• Coordinate with operations and field teams for execution.
• Maintain configuration databases and implementation reports.
• Support troubleshooting and audits for optimization.

We are looking for experienced RAN Change Management Engineers to join our telecom team and support multi-vendor RAN network configuration, implementation, and change management activities.

Position: RAN Change Management Engineer

Experience: 10+ Years

Technology Expertise: 2G, 4G & 5G (NSA/SA)

Working time: 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage RAN configuration changes across 2G/4G/5G networks
• Prepare, validate, and execute scripts for network changes and feature activations
• Perform KPI impact analysis (Pre/Post implementation)
• Coordinate with operations, optimization, and field teams for seamless execution
• Maintain configuration databases, implementation reports, and documentation
• Support troubleshooting, parameter audits, and optimization activities
• Ensure smooth implementation with minimal network impact

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in RAN Change Management & Configuration
• Hands‑on experience with OSS / ENM / MOSHELL tools
• Good understanding of GSM/LTE/NR technologies & parameters
