Job summary

Expleo Group in Bengaluru, India, seeks a Senior Technical Lead – Railway Signalling to lead design, development, verification, validation and deployment of railway signalling systems across domestic and international rail projects.

You will drive V&V activities, mentor teams, ensure safety standard compliance and engage with customers on proposals, leveraging deep expertise in EN 50128 and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Additional course or certification in Business Analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead signalling software devlopment, verification and vlaidation activities and provide technical solutions
• Drive design, integration, verification & validation (V&V), and commissioning support.
• Ensure compliance with railway safety standards and customer requirements.
• Mentor engineering teams and support customer discussions and proposals.

Essential Skills

• A technically strong leader with deep railway signalling expertise, customer-facing experience, and the ability to lead complex, safety-critical engineering programs.

Strong expertise in Railway Signalling, Interlocking (EI/CBI), ETCS, CBTC, ATP/ATO.

• Hands-on experience with System/Software Engineering, V&V, and RAMS.
• Knowedge of SDLC and development models
• Knowledge of testing techniques and statergies.
• Good knowledge of EN 50128
• Experience with tools such as IBM DOORS, Development and Testing tool, Polarion, Jira, and Git.

Desired Skills

Experience with OEMs such as Alstom , Siemens Mobility , Hitachi Rail , Thales , or Wabtec .
