Manager – Facility Maintenance & Monitoring for R&D Test Facilities

Position Level: Deputy Manager (DM)

Role Summary

Commercial/Technical work for R&D Testing Facility Maintenance.

Competency Requirements

• Project Management Skills (Level: Intermediate)
  • Stakeholder management and ability to manage cross‑country and cross‑functional scopes.
  • Collaboration and coordination with inter‑ and intra‑vertical departments to execute tasks.
  • Understanding of technical SOR for maintenance of Automotive Testing facilities, RFQ, negotiation & management approval.
  • Project management from maintenance planning, cost control and timely delivery.
  • Negotiating and influencing skills: ability to influence business partners and suppliers and to be assertive to ensure compliance to contracts.
  • Knowledge of international business concepts, e.g., L/C, Incoterms, customs clearance, FTA, etc.
  • Understanding of SAP tools, PO creation, management, and payment to suppliers.
  • Revenue budget planning, management & status reporting.
