Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Manager with in-depth experience in V93000 testers to lead our research and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in semiconductor test solutions and a proven track record of managing complex projects. This role requires expertise in the V93000 platform, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership abilities to drive innovation and deliver high‑quality test solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and researchers working on the V93000 tester platform. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
• Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of test solutions utilizing the V93000 tester. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical and performance requirements.
• Technical Expertise: Apply deep technical knowledge of the V93000 tester to guide the development of new features and capabilities. Provide technical guidance and problem‑solving support to team members.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for R&D projects, aligning with company goals and market needs. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in test methodologies and technologies.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure that development processes are efficient and that project milestones are achieved.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, product managers, and customers, to ensure that test solutions meet market requirements and customer expectations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, project status, and technical specifications. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and key achievements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor test development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Extensive experience with the V93000 tester platform is required.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of V93000 tester architecture, capabilities, and applications. Experience with related test methodologies and software tools.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage complex projects, and drive innovation.
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
