Job summary

Makson Group seeks an R&D Manager Formulation & Development in Mandideep, near Bhopal, MP to lead development of tablets and lozenges.

You will drive technology transfer, process optimization, and documentation while collaborating with QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience in formulation and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations for tablets and lozenges.
• Execute product development, technology transfer, and process optimization activities.
• Prepare and review development reports, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Conduct scale-up, exhibit batches, and process validation activities.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with cGMP and applicable guidelines.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during development and scale-up.

• Good analytical, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
