The R&D Engineer I will support pilot plant and laboratory operations to enable the successful execution of R&D and product development programs.
This role involves the hands‑on operation of pilot plant equipment, execution of synthesis experiments and DOE studies, process monitoring, data collection, and accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
The successful candidate will support day‑to‑day pilot plant operations and contribute to process troubleshooting, optimization, and scale‑up activities, working closely with Technical Scientists, project leaders, and engineers to translate laboratory developments into pilot‑scale processes.
