Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional and global projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact modeling and simulation programs supporting global packaging and product innovation initiatives.
• Serve as SME for FEA, DEM, and multi-physics methodologies, establishing best practices and standards.
• Develop and implement simulation strategies that accelerate product development and reduce physical testing.
• Drive adoption of digital engineering technologies, including AI/ML-enabled workflows, automation, and digital twins.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to simulation engineers across global teams.
• Collaborate with R&D leaders, packaging teams, suppliers, universities and software partners to shape future capabilities.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of new simulation software and tools.

Serve as a technical subject matter expert in FEA, DEM, and emerging simulation technologies, providing strategic direction, mentoring juniors, and influencing digital transformation through simulation, AI/ML, and data-driven engineering solution
