Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting for the staffing industry, hands‑on experience with QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of U.S. accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and generate financial reports.
Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting principles and the specific needs of a staffing firm.
Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with the HR team to manage consultant payments.
Collaborate with the U.S. finance team to handle month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
Provide financial insights and support for budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounting, specifically within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and accounting practices.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
