Job summary

SYSTRA India invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor for the DFCC APL 3 project at Meerut. The role focuses on tendering, documentation, and on-site supervision to drive project progress.

Required are B.Tech or Diploma in Civil with relevant experience and adherence to governance trainings. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for career growth within our railway and infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience for Diploma holders / 3 years for B.Tech holders in civil/related roles.
• Experience in a similar position is preferred (B.Tech with >1 year / Diploma with >3 years).
• Willingness to complete Business Ethics, Compliance and Anti-Corruption training.

Responsibilities

• Review and supplement detailed project reports and design reports.
• Assist in tender preparation for elevated portions and service buildings.
• Prepare Tender Documents for procurement of DDC, Civil works and Track works.
• Support Construction Supervision and Monitoring activities.
• Ensure completion of Business Ethics and Compliance training.
• Ensure completion of Anti-Corruption training.

We are seeking applications for the position of Quantity Surveyor for DFCC APL 3 project based at Meerut.

Missions/Main Duties

• Review & supplement the detailed project report/concept report and all design reports as available
• Assistance in preparation of tender for elevated portions/stations and service buildings
• Assistance in preparation of Tender Document for procurement of DDC, Civil works and Track works
• Assistance in Construction Supervision & Monitoring
• Ensure that they must have gone through Business Ethics and compliance training
• Ensure that they must have gone through the Anti-Corruption training

Profile/Skills

• Minimum overall experience more than 5 years (Diploma)/3 years(BTech)
• B. Tech / Diploma (Civil)
• Experience in similar position- B. Tech with more than 1 year /Diploma with more then 3 years
