Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare preliminary cost plans, detailed estimates, and budget forecasts from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Bills of Quantities (BOQ): Draft, measure, and compile accurate BOQ and tender documents.
• Tendering & Procurement: Invite and evaluate contractor/supplier bids, analyze market rates, and assist in awarding contracts.
• Contract Administration: Manage interim valuations, payment certifications, and final accounts.
• Cost Control & Variations: Track ongoing project expenses, assess the financial impact of design changes, and negotiate claims or variations.
• Risk & Value Engineering: Identify financial risks and propose cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality or safety.
