Optispace Infra seeks a skilled Quantity Surveyor to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for interior fit-out projects in Bengaluru. The role involves quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost control, with responsibility for vendor quotations and subcontractor bills.

You will coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams to monitor costs and ensure projects stay within budget. Strong communication and MS Excel proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and cost management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation tools.
