Job summary

Entri Jobs in Thrissur, Kerala is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for interior fit-out projects. You will coordinate with estimation, projects, procurement and production teams, review drawings, prepare cost reports, and ensure commercial accuracy and timely delivery.

Proficiency in Excel and strong negotiation skills are essential for success. Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred and would fit well in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within Interior Fit-Out / Joinery.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, costing, and estimation.
• Experience in evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Good understanding of interior fit-out and joinery works.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and analytical/reporting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and pricing for interior fit-out and joinery works.
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and evaluate variations and additional works.
• Obtain, review, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare project cost reports and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Projects, Procurement, and Production teams.
