Job summary

Surbana Jurong in India is seeking a Project Cost Management professional to lead cost management and quantity surveying across assigned projects, ensuring alignment with budgets.

The role focuses on BOQ preparation, cost planning, tendering, measurement and contract administration, with emphasis on stakeholder coordination and delivering cost reports.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in cost management and quantity surveying within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost planning, tendering, measurement and contract administration.
• Experience in handling variations, claims, valuations and final accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying / cost management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost management and quantity surveying activities across assigned projects.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQ and cost plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost management and quantity surveying activities across assigned projects.
