Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Trivandrum. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project costs, and ensuring accurate cost planning throughout all stages of a project. Daily tasks include tracking expenditures, updating cost reports, analyzing variances, and supporting budget forecasts in coordination with project managers and other stakeholders. The role also involves supporting contract administration, verifying contractor claims, and contributing to value engineering and risk assessments to maintain financial control and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in cost control and cost management to maintain financial oversight across project lifecycles.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Freshers to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply
