Job summary

RAFA BUILDTECH LLP in Udupi, Karnataka invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor. This full-time, in-person role requires a Civil Engineering background and hands-on QA/QC, billing, and site documentation duties.

Immediate joining preferred; monthly pay ₹25,000–₹30,000 with scope for learning and growth on concrete testing, material inspection, IS codes, and RA bills.

Qualifications

• B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction QC
• Experience in QA/QC, civil billing (RA bills), quantity measurements, and site documentation
• Strong knowledge in: Concrete testing (slump, cube test)
• Material inspection (steel, cement, aggregates)
• IS codes & QA/QC documentation
• Ability to independently handle site quality and billing activities.
• Freshers with technical knowledge and a passion to learn are also encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Manage site quality and billing activities on the project
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure QA/QC compliance
• Prepare and maintain site documentation and RA bills
• Coordinate material inspection and testing as per IS codes
