The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for leading the development of competitive and accurate cost estimates for Disaster Debris Management Services (DDMS), Emergency Response, Vegetative Debris Removal, Right-of-Way Clearing, Civil work, Forestry, and related environmental services projects. This role supports public sector procurement opportunities by evaluating solicitation documents, developing pricing strategies, conducting market and labor research, and preparing comprehensive cost proposals for local, state, and federal agencies.
The position requires extensive experience with disaster recovery operations, FEMA-funded contracts, public procurement processes, labor compliance, equipment costing, subcontractor pricing, and operational logistics across multiple geographic regions.
