Role Description

The Quantitative Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for teaching quantitative concepts like Algebra, Geometry, Permutation and Combination, Data Interpretation and problem-solving techniques for competitive exams, including CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET, and similar tests. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering classroom sessions, creating and updating lesson plans, preparing practice questions, analyzing student performance, and conducting doubt-clearing sessions. The trainer will collaborate with other faculty members to align content with exam patterns, and support mentoring initiatives for learners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur, requiring regular interaction with students at the center and participation in academic events and workshops.

Qualifications

• Strong command of quantitative aptitude topics, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number systems, and data interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly and logically to diverse learner groups.
• Experience in coaching or teaching for competitive exams such as CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET, or similar entrance tests is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, classroom management, and mentoring capabilities.
• Comfort with using digital tools for content delivery, test analysis, and student engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline; advanced qualifications or strong exam scores (e.g., CAT percentile) are a plus.
