Job summary

Toprankers Edtech Solutions Private Limited in Jaipur, Rajasthan seeks a passionate QA DI-LR Faculty to mentor students preparing for CAT, IPMAT and CLAT with both offline and online delivery.

You will deliver high-quality classroom and online sessions, track student progress, and contribute to content and mock test development. You will collaborate with the academic team to maintain syllabus and deliverables, and support seminars and student engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce or any related discipline.
• MBA or candidates with strong aptitude backgrounds will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom and online sessions for Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.
• Teach students preparing for CAT, IPMAT, CLAT and other aptitude-based examinations.
• Simplify complex concepts and develop strong problem-solving abilities among students.
• Maintain excellent classroom engagement and learning outcomes.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
• Track student performance and provide personalized improvement plans.
• Guide students on exam strategy, time management and test-taking techniques.
• Analyze mock test performance and identify learning gaps.
• Collaborate with the central academic team to improve curriculum and pedagogy.
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus and academic deliverables.
• Participate in faculty training, workshops and academic reviews.

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Quantitative Aptitude (QA) and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DI-LR) Faculty to mentor students preparing for CAT, IPMAT and CLAT examinations.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Delivery

• Deliver high-quality classroom and online sessions for Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.
• Teach students preparing for CAT, IPMAT, CLAT and other aptitude-based examinations.
• Simplify complex concepts and develop strong problem-solving abilities among students.
• Maintain excellent classroom engagement and learning outcomes.

Student Mentorship

• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
• Track student performance and provide personalized improvement plans.
• Guide students on exam strategy, time management and test-taking techniques.

Academic Quality & Process

• Analyze mock test performance and identify learning gaps.
• Collaborate with the central academic team to improve curriculum and pedagogy.
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus and academic deliverables.
• Participate in faculty training, workshops and academic reviews.

Brand Building

• Conduct seminars, workshops and academic webinars.
• Represent Toprankers at school visits, outreach events and student engagement programs when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce or any related discipline.
• MBA or candidates with strong aptitude backgrounds will be preferred.

Experience

• 2–6 years of teaching experience in CAT, IPMAT, CLAT, CUET or other aptitude-based examinations.
• Freshers with exceptional aptitude scores and teaching ability may also be considered.

Essential Skills

• Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude.
• Excellent understanding of Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.
• Ability to teach students across varying learning levels.
• Strong communication, presentation and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in both offline and online teaching methodologies.

Preferred

• Prior experience in CAT/IPMAT coaching.
• Consistent record of student selections and academic outcomes.
• Experience in content development and mock test creation.
• Comfortable using digital teaching platforms and LMS tools.
