The Team Member – Quality is responsible for implementing quality systems and ensuring compliance with standards across assigned projects. The role focuses on driving defect-free execution, conducting audits and inspections, and coordinating with project teams to improve overall construction quality.

• Ability to utilize knowledge of investigative techniques (such as Root Cause Analysis, Pareto analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, etc.) and apply understanding of quality control principles and process diagnostics to identify quality issues at site and systematically identify the root causes of defects, deviations, and inefficiencies, ensuring effective corrective actions and preventing future occurrences
