Responsibilities
Develop and maintain product quality and reliability processes
Lead reliability operations with R&D, Engineering, manufacturers, suppliers and third parties’ reliability tools providers
Manage the products’ risk analysis (D/PFMEA) along product life cycle with R&D, NPI and Engineering departments
Provide reliability analysis (MTBF, Return Rate, Failure Rate and others)
Develop and maintain the company's quality production and repair procedures, suppliers KPIs
Manage product reliability aspects along the Product Life Cycle
Be part of Product Life Cycle Management as gate keeper in major gates
Manage analytical analysis for production and repair malfunction finding
Identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements by using production and repair performance measurements
Manage the reliability aspects in manufacturers’ QBRs, RMA centers and strategic suppliers
Provide products’ reliability analysis for all aspects and manage it as part of management review
Manage risk analysis along development of new products
Be part of strategic suppliers evaluate and qualification
Manage and train Reliability aspects
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Reliability Engineering role
Technical education - Engineer (Reliability, Electrical, Mechanics or Industrial engineer)
CQE or CMQ or any academic degree in quality studies – an advantage
Formal certification as CIS in IPC-A610x
Familiar with Microwave technology, electronics and mechanics production processes - an advantage
Familiar with SPC tools, statistical techniques and standards
Tableau super user (Admin or Creator) – big advantage
