Job summary

Supply Chain Resources Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer to oversee end-to-end factory quality during NPI and production ramps.

You will lead Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and corrective actions while coordinating with factory, engineering, and supplier teams to eliminate defects and improve process reliability. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in engineering with 5+ years in product/manufacturing quality and strong experience with IQC/IPQC/FAI/OQC/ORT, as well as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Quality, Manufacturing Quality, NPI Quality, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience with FA, RCA, RCCA, 8D, FMEA, and corrective-action management.
• Experience supporting NPI, factory builds, and mass-production quality.
• Good understanding of IQC, IPQC, FAI, OQC, ORT, yield analysis, and field/customer quality issues.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers or electronics manufacturing environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive resolution of end-to-end factory quality issues during NPI and production.
• Lead or coordinate Failure Analysis (FA), Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action (RCCA) for product quality issues.
• Support quality issues identified through: IQC, IPQC, FAI, OQC, ORT, Yield fallouts, Customer complaints, and Field failures.
• Work closely with factory, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Track quality issues to closure and verify corrective-action effectiveness.
• Monitor incoming, in-process, outgoing, and reliability quality performance during NPI builds and production ramp.
• Support factory builds and provides onsite quality coordination as needed.
• Escalate critical quality risks and ensure clear communication to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC, Cp/Cpk, GR&R, DOE, Pareto, Fishbone, 5 Why, and 8D.
• Experience coordinating with international engineering or customer teams.
• Experience driving quality improvements across the full manufacturing flow from incoming material through in-process, outgoing, reliability, and field quality.
