Job summary

Marico is seeking a quality management professional in Sanand, Gujarat to enforce quality standards and implementation of the Quality Management System. This shift-based role offers challenges and responsibilities such as conducting internal audits and managing vendor performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in handling FMCG-related quality systems and is expected to work across all shifts. Experience with complaint investigation and equipment testing is preferred.

• Hands-on experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce consistency in quality of supplies from RM & PM Vendors.
• Implement quality management system as per CQA guidelines.
• Conduct internal quality audits and prepare reports.
• Ensure new product development prototype launch and stabilization.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Enforcing consistency in quality of supplies from RM & PM Vendors by tracking their performance & system implementation
• Ensuring implementation of Quality management system as per CQA guidelines.
• Conducting Internal Quality Audit as per ISO & Internal Standards - preparing reports, scoring and periodic reviews
• Ensure New Product Development prototype, launch and stabilization
• Ensure smooth implementation of QMS and 3M modules in SAP
• Ensure adherence of Legal Norms related to Statutory Bodies (FDA & Ayurvedic)
• Establishing & managing systems for legal compliance (AGMARK / PFA / MPCB / Metrology)
• Ensuring implementation of TPM, 5S and Lab Standardization at Plant
• Procurement of consumables, chemicals and manufacturing accessories

• This is a shift-based role, and candidates must be willing to work across all three shifts.
• Prefer hands on experience of handling team management, Complaint Investigation (RCA-CAPA), Equipment testing (e.g.- HPLC, GC, UV)
