Work Experience

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Team Management
• Any graduate degree / relevant certification

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales representatives in terms of product knowledge, communication skills, objection handling, and compliance with sales scripts.
• Analyze sales performance data, including key metrics and KPIs, to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance sales outcomes.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to sales management regarding performance findings.
