University Living is seeking a Quality Manager – Sales Support to join our Noida team and improve sales performance through rigorous quality assurance.

You will evaluate sales reps, analyze KPIs, and prepare insights for management, ensuring compliance with scripts and maximizing conversion. 4–5 years of relevant experience and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales representatives in terms of product knowledge, communication skills, objection handling, and compliance with sales scripts.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Team Management
