• Provide regular quality reporting to stakeholders.

• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and improvements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for governing quality standards, monitoring operational performance, driving corrective actions, and ensuring consistent quality delivery across service operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, or operational excellence within a service industry.
• Experience managing quality performance.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audit methodologies, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in analyzing quality metrics, identifying trends, and driving improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading and developing quality teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence operational teams to achieve quality objectives.
