PeopleStrong is seeking a quality assurance leader to establish ISO norms, drive ISO certification, and develop a complete QMS. The role focuses on setting up quality-oriented processes, manpower JD, and skill matrices to ensure project success.

You will oversee QA/QC for civil and MEP works and coordinate trainings and audits. The incumbent will review all test reports and third-party data per QMP, inspect mock ups, and establish robust quality checklists, aligning with tunnel-specific quality

Formación

• Experience setting up ISO norms and leading ISO certification efforts.
• Ability to develop a quality manual and related processes.
• Experience defining functional parameters and skill matrices.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2008 or later implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Set up ISO norms for the organization and drive ISO certification initiatives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality manual and processes.
• Define functional parameters, processes, manpower JD and skill matrix.
• Lead quality assurance and control for civil and MEP aspects across projects.
• Coordinate periodic quality trainings and site quality reviews.
• Issue site notes, NCs, and quality observation reports; conduct walk downs.
• Review Test reports, MTCs, and 3rd party tests as per QMP.
• Inspect mock ups and establish checklists for all works; ensure TBM/NATM tunnel quality requirements.

Job Description

Person Responsible for :Person should have extensive knowledge on setting up ISO norms for the organization and ISO certification, QMS, Quality manual and Processes. Will work on Quality orientation of functions, Creating a synergy for a quality environment. Work on defining the functional parameters, processes including the manpower JD and skill matrix. ISO - 9001: 2008 implementation experience.Establishing quality plan for the projectQuality management.Drives the project during all the stages with respect to Quality assurance and control in civil and MEP aspects and ensures organizational deliverables.Ensure periodic quality trainings and meetings are heldIssue Site notes and NCs with respect to site quality.Issue Quality observation reports and conduct walk downs for qualityEnsure review of all Test reports, MTCs, 3rd Party test reports for all materials as per QMPPeriodic review of QMPInspecting Mock ups and coordinating for approvalsEstablishing check lists for all worksShould have worked in TBM Tunnel or NATM Tunnel & has experience in Tunnel related quality requirements.
