PeopleStrong invites a Graduate in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in quality control and inspection of castings, forgings, fabrication and machining components to join as a QA/QMS lead in Dehradun.

You will develop and maintain QMS, lead internal audits, coordinate with customers and TPI inspection agencies, ensure compliance with ASME/ASTM/EN standards, and train staff on quality practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years in Quality Control and inspection.
• Experience in QA/QMS development, implementation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of ASME, ASTM and EN standards.
• Auditing experience including ISO 9001/ISO 14000/ISO 45000 (internal auditor).
• Ability to liaise with customers and TPI inspection agencies.

Responsabilités

• Lead CAPA and root cause analyses for defects and process gaps.

Job Description

Preferably at least one.Should have Good Communication skills and comfortable to work in team.
