Job summary

Council for Integrated Development of Enterprises (CIDE) invites a seasoned Quality Manager to lead ISO initiatives, drive documentation, audits, and performance tracking. This role focuses on training teams nationwide and guiding quality systems compliance.

The successful candidate will oversee ISO standards governance, support field projects with incentives, and contribute to continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in manufacturing / quality / ISO domain.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, etc.)
• Experience in ISO implementation / auditing / consultancy
• Training & team handling

Responsibilities

• Provide ISO / ZED / MCLS training and support to pan-India teams
• Handle ISO implementation, documentation, and audits
• Prepare MIS reports and performance tracking

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ISO/Quality Consultant with strong exposure to manufacturing processes, ISO standards, and lean tools implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ISO / ZED / MCLS training and support to pan-India teams
• Handle ISO implementation, documentation, and audits
• Prepare MIS reports and performance tracking
• Support field consultancy projects (with incentives)
• Guide internal teams on quality systems and compliance

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience in manufacturing / quality / ISO domain
• Good knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, etc.)
• Experience in ISO implementation / auditing / consultancy
• Comfortable with training & team handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Handled ISO documentation of a company as a Management Representative(M.R.)
• Certified ISO Lead Auditor
• Experience in Lean tools / ZED / MCLS/ISO Implementation/ISO Auditing
• Background in BE/BTech / Diploma / Graduation with relevant experience

Training & Growth
