Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in process audit, governance, quality, or process excellence.
• Six Sigma Green Belt mandatory; Black Belt preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PPT).
• Experience handling multiple projects and client engagements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exposure to BPO, Shared Services, Consulting or Risk & Compliance environments.
