Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Quality Intern (6 months) in Bengaluru to backfill the team and gain hands-on exposure to quality systems. You will support supplier quality performance, CAPA, RCA, and maintain QMS documentation.

With a MSc in Chemistry or related field and 6 months to 1 year of quality experience, you will work with cross-functional teams, use SAP for data entry and record maintenance, and develop strong analytical and communication skills in a globally leading materials company.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field required.
• 6 months to 1 year in Quality or related field.
• Basic knowledge of QMS, RCA, CAPA, and SAP.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor supplier quality performance.
• Support CAPA and follow up on implementation.
• Assist RCA of quality issues and contribute to improvements.
• Maintain quality documentation per QMS.
• Support quality-related activities, records, and reports.

Summary

Backfilling Intern position

Responsibilities Include

• Support in managing and monitoring supplier quality performance and maintaining quality standards.
• Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on their effective implementation.
• Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) of quality-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update quality documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Support quality-related activities, records, reports, and documentation as required.
• Use SAP for relevant quality processes, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of QMS, RCA, CAPA, and SAP.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
