Job summary

Highly Electrical Appliances India is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure the quality of AC compressors by conducting inspections and monitoring production processes. You will identify defects and support corrective actions while maintaining quality documentation.

The role requires knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 documentation, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills. Experience: 3–4 years in quality assurance within mechanical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of line process and working methods.
• Hands on knowledge of Roundness machine, Roughness machine, CMM machine, Microscope. (Must have knowledge of all these machines)
• Knowledge of Quality system, 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA, MSA
• Knowledge of Line rejection analysis, overall targets, corrective and preventive actions for rejection, quality plan, Quality circle monitoring
• Knowledge of Customer return complain analysis & timely feedback
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 documentations & ensure compliance
• Knowledge of Preparing the Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports for better communication with the Management
• Good command of MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience
• Educational Qualification - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
