Job summary

Total Group in India is looking for a Quality Inspector to examine raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and drawings. The role requires hands-on use of Vernier Calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools, plus accurate inspection records and reporting of defects.

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Qualifications

• Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
• Check product quality as per company standards and drawings.
• Use measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
• Identify defects and report quality issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain inspection records and quality reports.
• Ensure production follows safety and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for corrections.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools and inspection processes.
