Job summary

JAKSON Group is seeking a seasoned Quality - Head with deep expertise in Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, and Customer Quality, focusing on the Heavy Commercial Vehicle sector. The role emphasizes leading quality control, driving QMS, and collaborating with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and clients to ensure the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with buses, high voltage systems, and electric vehicles, and will guide continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in quality management within heavy commercial vehicle industries.
• Experience implementing and maintaining QMS across suppliers, manufacturing, and customers.
• Strong track record driving continuous quality improvements.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality & QMS, specifically within the Heavy Commercial Vehicle industry. Experience with Busses, High Voltage, and Electric Vehicles is highly preferred.

As the Quality - Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and customers to maintain and improve quality throughout the entire production process.
